How to cancel TVING

Steps: Sign in to the TVING app → MY → Customer Center → 1:1 inquiry → Refund/cancel request

Cancelling mid-period ends access immediately and refunds the unused portion. A full refund applies within 7 days of purchase if you have not watched or downloaded. Cancel auto-pay by the day before the billing date.
