Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Haejigak (the "Service") provided by Arcbyte Labs ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Arcbyte Terms and Haejigak addendum also apply. Product-specific conditions follow the addendum.

We may update these terms. We will give at least 7 days' notice (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you).

The Service is free. We may change or discontinue features. We will give advance notice of changes that materially affect you. We announce shutdown at least 30 days in advance.

We prioritize official information as of the date shown. Where official confirmation is unavailable, we label press reports, reference material or estimates separately. Check each source and the latest official conditions.

Results are for reference only, and you decide whether to join or cancel a membership. This does not exclude our responsibility for calculation errors or incorrect information.

Membership names and trademarks belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with them.

Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation or break the law. We may restrict access for those who do.

We are not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, your own fault, or outages of third-party services, except for damages caused by our intent or gross negligence.

This clause does not limit compensation or other rights protected by applicable law.

This tool is not designed for children under 14. The calculator requires no account or contact registration. Where consent is required to process a child's personal data, we obtain and verify consent from their legal representative.
